Laser Current Controllers

Laser current controllers and laser controllers (current and temperature control in the same package) from Vescent can be used to drive tunable diode lasers, pump lasers, semiconductor optical amplifiers, and quantum cascade lasers. They also find application as magnetic coil drivers.

The D2-105 laser controller is a precision diode laser current source bundled with two channels of temperature control. It features the lowest noise of any commercially available laser controller and is ideally suited for precision spectroscopy and metrology applications.

The Vescent SLICE-DCC laser current controller includes high modulation bandwidth, power leveling, interlocking, and current limiting & diode protection circuits. It is an economical alternative to our flagship D2-105 Laser controller.
