*To ensure efficient processing of all product returns, Vescent requires a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form accompanied by a valid RMA number for every return shipment. Return shipments that do not include this documentation cannot be accepted or processed.

Before sending any product back to Vescent, customers must first contact Vescent Technical Support to request and receive a valid RMA number. During this process, support staff will verify product and purchase information, identify the reason for return, and issue the necessary authorization documentation. Once received, customers should carefully complete the RMA form and include it inside the shipping container along with the returning items.

All return shipments must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number on the exterior of the package. This helps ensure accurate routing and prompt evaluation upon receipt. Failure to obtain a valid RMA number or to follow these return procedures may result in the package being refused or delayed.
