We’re proud to have Vescent Research Engineer, Cole Smith, represent our team at the FiO+LS poster session today, presenting “Broadband Frequency Combs for Stability Transfer in Quantum Applications.” This work demonstrates broadband frequency comb generation from 492 nm to 5 μm, enabling stability transfer and optical frequency synthesis essential for next-generation quantum technologies. With commercially available, low-SWaP frequency comb modules and wavelength extensions, Vescent continues advancing the tools that make quantum sensing, metrology, and optical timing more accessible and scalable.
