EFTF - European Frequency and Time Forum
Noordwijk, The Netherlands
Vescent is excited to exhibit at the 39th European Frequency and Time Forum (EFTF). Hosted by the European Space Agency, EFTF showcases cutting-edge scientific and industrial advances in frequency and time technologies. With a dynamic program of tutorials, plenaries, invited talks, and poster sessions, the conference offers a comprehensive look at the state of the art.
Our Vice President of Sales, Eduardo Oteiza, and our new Sales Manager for Latin Europe, Jean-Luc Tapie will be onsite at Booth 17 to discuss our technologies. In addition, Henry Timmers, Director of Advanced Technologies, will be presenting at Poster Session 2 on April 23rd. He’ll be giving an overview of the MIRIDIAN1, an environmentally insensitive, chassis-integrated optical molecular clock being developed by Vescent and the Danish National Metrology Institute (DFM). This optical clock, which is based on acetylene (C2H2) molecules, is suitable for both government and commercial advanced timekeeping applications. System capabilities, initial instability performance, target performance, and ruggedization efforts of key photonic subsystems will be discussed.
