Vescent Technologies is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to join our team. The right candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes, facilitating communication, and supporting the achievement of the Sales goals. This position is pivotal in ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

This candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing proposals, tracking opportunities, and handling correspondence with clients.
Sales Coordination: Coordinating sales activities, Sales Order entry into ERP system and tracking orders, sending out timely Sales Order Acknowledgments, and managing customer relationships to ensure smooth operations.
Communication: Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Data Management: Maintains Salesforce, sales orders, generates reports, and analyzes data to support decision-making processes.
Customer Relations: Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Sales team. Handles incoming and outgoing electronic communications, composing and preparing professional correspondence, and arranging complex travel plans. Frequent customer communication (B2B support), including international distributors and customers.
Required Qualifications
College or professional degree in business or administrative studies or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
Experience and proficiency in Salesforce CRM and ERP software. (Experience in Acumatica ERP is a plus.)
Experienced in drafting professional correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Previous experience of 2-5 years in a Sales support or administrative role is advantageous
Pay
$68,000 - $80,000 based upon skill set, work experience, and education
